Neil Garland
Neil has over 20 years experience in the Maritime and Logistics sectors working as developer through to Consultant. He founded and developed one of the worlds leading suppliers of Internet based software products and gained experience working with companies which included P&O, OOCL, CMA CGM, Latvian Shipping, Pacific International, Freight companies including BAX, Schenker, DHL and UPS, and Logistics service suppliers Exel, TDG, and several others. His achievements in Quality include several ISO9001 implementations and a CMMI initiative. He developed companies in Europe, Asia, Scandinavia and North America and Off shore in India and written many industry articles and spoken at Port and Maritime Conferences in Europe and Asia.
