Steve Jervis - Operations Director
An industry specialist with 22 years experience of software development and product management, providing IT solutions to all participants in the supply chain.
As a Meteorologist he spent 4 years developing systems for the statistical and graphical analysis of synoptic meteorological data while working for the Ministry of Defence in Bracknell. In 1987 he returned to Liverpool and joined Fraser Williams, a local software house, to develop systems for UK parcel carriers and transport companies including ANC, Red Star Parcels, Interforward, Pickfords, Placketts and Blueband.
During his career at Fraser Williams he has worked for many blue chip organisations in the Americas, EMEA and the Pacific Rim. This includes the shipping lines Westwood, PIL and CMA-CGM. He became the Freight Product Manager in 2004 with responsibility for all supply chain software and a client list that included Schenker, BAX Global, UPS, Origen Logistics, NYK Logistics, Europa and GKN.
He is an internal auditor and was instrumental in the generation and maintenance of procedures that support the ISO9001 accreditation with BSI.
